我的相机S8000fd

10个屋友中,有一个是几乎不回家的,有两个是经常不回家的,还有一个是偶尔不回家的,要大家聚集在一齐抽签,其实很难。因此,我想到一个绝妙的方法,让那些不在家的人,也可以抽签。

首次Amy和Kelly竟然抽到自己,而Stephy则抽到我.(这个结果比率其实很低,大概是1赔200吧!)结果大家再重新抽一次。折磨一番后,结果出炉,皆大欢喜。

放工后,我跑到市中心选礼物,不花太多的时间,选到了这一件

安装后完毕,插电后竟然没动静.原来是灯泡已经怀了.

买东西就肚懒的事就是买了没得用.当你兴致勃勃地从超市买到花了老半天才好不容易选到自己认为物有所值的胜利品时,却发现到因为你犯太岁或"手枪",被迫将胜利品拿回卖主交换.尤其是当你花了不该花的钱,买了不需要的东西,还要花一笔钱修理,等了好几天后才拿到货.然而,搬来搬去的新货,已经被折磨得不像样了.

这种惨痛的经验,我遇得多了.

故事一:

3年前刚到广州读书时,到附近的电脑城买了一台约600块人民币的17寸的三星电脑显示器.把所有的电脑硬件摆好在书桌上后,正要剪断
显示器后绑着电线的胶纸时,一个不留神,把电线剪断了.

"他奶奶的!"

我觉得这是我长到那么大,第一次做那样"手枪"的事.这当然无法去claim warranty只能自知理亏.

结果,我被迫从8楼(当时宿舍是没有电梯的,而且显示器不是LCD,所以很重的)扛到学校的电脑店让技工把电线装上.新的显示器在几天后已经不成"机"样.而且电脑荧幕经常"走色",它就那样陪了我2年.

故事二:

同样的事情,
最近也发生一次.

我从Fujifilm的网站买了一架价值约110镑的Refurb
ished Fujifilm S8000半专业型相机( D-SLR).买回来后发现相机上方的控制圈已经脱掉,我即刻写信给卖主要求exchange or refund.

内容如下:

I've received the camera on 14 Oct, I found that the scene controller was broke in the packaging. I will like to request for a replacement or fully refund.

Here I attached the details of my purchase.

I would like to know what address should I post for the return spoilt camera. Should I fill up the warranty card or so?

3天后我收到邮差叔叔送来的信,内容略下:

(朋友,为了让你高枕无忧,我们推荐你为你的相机购买超级保险Superwarranty,我们的保单分成3种,即2年保,3年保及五年保,2年保为29镑.....)


当时看到了回后,有种昏晕的感觉.

他们的言下之一,是说:

(你"手枪"弄坏了刚到手的相机,还要恶人向告状,我们应付你们这些王八经验可丰富了,不过当然为了维护公司形象,当然还是要礼貌并婉转的回应你,解决途径很简单,只要你再多给一点钱,我们就能为你settle掉.)

相机一打开时已经是坏了,我可真的碰都没碰到.无论如何,可不能见我是老实人一个,就欺上头吧!

回函:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your reply.

I've received the letter today which is about the warranty for the camera. The solution for my damaged camera is hardly accepted.

The camera that I bought was spoil before I received it. Honestly, the damaged was not caused by the buyer but the scene controller on the camera already broke inside the parcel.

I feel so upset and very inconvenient from the purchased. Furthermore, I have to spend more money on the warranty. It is ironic that I'd to take the responsible.

I like to request that the relevant department should check the refurbished item properly before putting it on the sales.

I like to hand up the camera for your checking since everything in the parcel remain stationary.

4天过去了,还是没消息.当时我有点慌了,因为过几天就要去到法国旅行,没有相机怎么行.当时我打了电话到客户服务中心,还有电话服务员了解我的情况后,答应免费收回相机,并寄回新的一架相机.

虽然最后完美首场,不过还是花了我许多精力.

这个故事告诉我们的启示,不是买东西要三思而行,而是

"人有时会很倒霉的"!
